We are a team of young experts with an aim of making the internationally appraised state-of-the-art Finnish expertise in aerosol science available to you.
Helsinki Aerosol Consulting Ltd, founded in 2008, is a company specialising in aerosol and nanoparticle technologies and modelling. We provide nanoparticle measurements, aerosol modelling services, process optimization and theoretical solutions to different aerosol-related problems. The quality and state-of-the art solutions are guaranteed by the team with long experience and an excellent scientific track record – over 100 scientific publications – in aerosol modelling, measurements, instrument development and theoretical work.
M.Sc. Ari Asmi is an expert in aerosol modelling and measurements development. He has broad knowledge in aerosol and air quality modelling, both in 0d- and 3d-applications.

Doc. Dr. Miikka Dal Maso has been practising aerosol phenomenology and aerosol dynamic modelling since 1998. He obtained his PhD in physics 2006 and was granted docentship at the University of Helsinki 2008. His expertise is modelling and understanding aerosol physical properties and transformations, also coupled to organic gas phase chemistry – both in the laboratory and in realistic environments.
